We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or advise the your requests in details in your email, we will send the quotation ASAP.
Q2.Do we accept custom order?
We are factory as well as manufacturer, providing personalized products, you can decide its size, material, printing, color, logo, accessory etc. If you can similar product picture and clear logo, that would be very helpful to the quotation.
Q3. What's your Minimum Order Quantity?
In general, the MOQ is 100pcs, we accept small trail order as well.
Q4. Sample issue:
A. Sample time: 7-15 days
B. Sample charge: It depend on your requests to the product.
C. Sample charge can be refunded?
Yes, it is refundable when you place an order that can reach our certain values.
Q5. Can we put our logo to your models?
Yes, we can put your logo on our design, as well as changing color, adjusting new size and accessories.
Q6. How to make sure the quality before shipment?
We have professional QC team, before package, the QC team will check the products carefully before package. Also, we welcome the third party to do the detection.
We would like to make a customized sample for you to check every details if you need.
After you get the products, and find some damaged ones, please contact us, we will deal with it and give you a satification reply.
